Due to the personal and hygienic nature of these items, refunds are only applicable under limited circumstances. Customers are eligible for a refund only if the product received is damaged, leaking, defective, or if an incorrect item has been delivered. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are strictly non-refundable.

Reporting an Issue

To request a refund, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing info@kashmirsessence.com. The request must include clear photographic evidence or an unboxing video showing the issue. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery or without proper proof may not be accepted.

Refund Approval & Verification

Once a refund request is received, our team will review the submitted details. If required, the product may undergo verification. Kashmir Essences reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request based on the validity of the claim and compliance with our policy.

Refund Process

If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Customers will be notified once the refund has been initiated. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for products that are opened, used, returned without original packaging, or reported after the specified 48-hour timeframe. Additionally, refunds are not applicable for change of mind, personal fragrance preferences, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
