Order Cancellation Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of these fragrance items, we maintain a strict cancellation policy to ensure product integrity and customer safety. Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted. In cases where an order has already been shipped, customers may choose to refuse delivery; however, any applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns & Eligibility Conditions

As perfumes and attar are sensitive personal-use products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Returns are only accepted under specific circumstances, such as when the product delivered is damaged, leaking, defective, or if an incorrect item has been sent. To be eligible for a return or refund in such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting us at info@kashmirsessence.com. The request must be supported with clear photographic evidence or an unboxing video showing the issue. Any claims made after 48 hours of delivery or without proper proof may not be considered.

Refund Process

Once a return request is reviewed and approved by our team, the product may undergo verification. After successful verification, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under all circumstances. Items that are opened, used, returned without original packaging, or reported beyond the specified timeframe will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
